The commercial company Legend Airlines SRL has obtained its air operator certificate in Romania in September 2021.
SC Legend Airlines SRL was registered in July 2020 and is owned by Gâdea Radu Cristian, according to data from the commercial register.
The company headquarters is in the village of Petrești, Corbeanca commune, but the data from the Aeronautical Authority indicates another address, 37B Aurel Vlaicu str. in Otopeni.
At the same address in the city of Otopeni is also RAS Tehnic, a company that offers maintenance services for airplanes, and Gâdea Radu Cristian is an employee of this company, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Regarding the air operator certificate of Legend Airlines SRL, it has the number RO-077 and was issued by AACR at the end of September 2021.
The only plane in the company’s fleet is a four-seater Cessna 172N Skyhawk, registered YR-ANC, data from the Authority show.
This plane is owned and flown regularly by the actor, singer and composer Mihai Mărgineanu.
Legend Airlines does not have an ICAO identification code or callsign, and at the time of publishing this article it is unclear whether this airline is directly related to Mihai Mărgineanu or not.
